Define a problem
Goals:
-Maintain heat inside the box
-Ensuring the external temperature stays as low as possible
-Making sure our material is secure and matches the requirements.

Brainstorm:
-A jacket
-A reflector
-A blanket/towel
Final Material:
We chose a reflector because we realized that the purpose is to keep heat inside but the heat is a bulb. So if we flipped the reflector made to keep interior cars cool, then it should do the opposite if the heat/light was on the inside. Whilst we did not want a material that would necessarily absorb the heat as ultimately that is losing heat. We wanted it to not absorb any heat and simply keep the heat inside and keeping it safely secure so not much heat is lost.

Description:
The thermodynamics topic is something I feel that I need to work on heavily, something I need to find time to stay with the teacher and have a detailed conversation/lecture about it. I barely grasp the concept of the first formula, the other formulas are not something I can do skillfully. Ultimately, I feel pretty down about this topic. My experience with the LoggerPro lab equipment is that I can set it up with relative ease. The only problem is resetting the documentations of the lab, or simply change how long the test is taken. The mistakes I have made was relatively simple, like failing to ensure that the material was staying in place on the box. The skills I have learned was pretty practical and something as simple as how to run a test under the guise of thermodynamics, along with how to work quickly and efficiently with a partner.

present solution
1st) Shows the beginning of our test lab and how well the lab is going
2nd) Showing heating before switching to cooling for 15 minutes. Shows the material already coming off the box allowing heat to escape.
3nd) Shows how close we are to finishing the cooling process which also shows how well our material did with maintaining the heat inside.

conclusion
I absolutely think our net Q was better than the other teams' net Q. Especially since we almost got to 50 degrees Celsius while our external temperature was at a minimal 22.8 degrees Celsius. And other teams had a maximum 43 degrees Celsius range.
Modifications: We probably could have done better with ensuring everything stayed in place, some parts of the material was falling apart or simple becoming undone with the tape. I think we were creative in deciding to cover the sides with our reflector so more heat is trapped and less can escape. We also made a hole in the material so the only space taken was the stick itself that measured the temperature. We could have added more tape to ensure its security and stability.
